Ask for Feedback Before You Need It

Most people wait for feedback
until the review.

By then it's a verdict.
Too late to change the story.

Flip it.

Ask early. Ask often.
"What's one thing I could do better?"
Ask it when the stakes are low
and nothing's on the line.

Two things happen.

You get small corrections
while they're still cheap to make.
And you tell everyone around you
that you're someone who wants to grow.

The people who improve fastest
don't get more talent.
They get more feedback,
sooner, and they ask for it themselves.

Don't wait to be evaluated.
Go get the notes.
